So our house is almost ready to put on the market! YAY!!! (& UGH!) In the last 2 weeks my precious hubs has been BUSTING it to get it ready to list. He fixed a wall that was in desperate shape, he spread gravel & mulch, pressure washed the whole house & our deck, helped me shampoo carpets & who knows what else. (I sure am glad he's handy!)
Please help me pray that it will sell quickly (keeping it immaculate for showings with 2 kids is going to be a nightmare I'm afraid!)
Does anybody have any pointers for helping it sell?
