Making A Joyful Noise

(She's quite the fashionista...can'tcha tell?)

My Luci, who is 2 and a half, sang at church tonight.

Straight into the mic that our pastor gave her (tried to warn him) and semi-clearly.

She sang "Jesus Loves Me", with our pastor's help.

(I must admit that I was kinda afraid she'd break out the Franny B or Sugarland or her favorite--Jason Aldean's "Big Green Tractor".)

In the middle, I glanced over at her daddy and saw what must have been a reflection of my face....the biggest grin you could imagine and eyes filled to the brim with tears.

I am not worthy of this life that I've been blessed with.
